  1. There are six to nine tracking points for Speedpost:
    Basic tracking point(s):

    (2) Process completed for departure;

    (6) Delivered

    If available:

  2. e-Express+ service only provides below five to eight delivery status online*:

    (5) Despatched from processing centre (inward office of exchange) (if available);
    (6) Being processed at destination sorting centre (if available));
    (7) Arrived at delivery office (if available); and
    (8) Delivered / Delivery incomplete.

  3. Major destinations, including Canada, the Netherlands, Australia, and Brazil have ceased to provide tracking information of registered mail. For details of mail tracking website of destinations, please click here.

  4. e-Express+ does not come with service for tracing lost or delayed items. Customers may enquire tracking information of their items on the websites of destination delivery agent / postal administrations or of Hongkong Post (HKP) within six months from the date of posting. HKP only processes indemnity claims for loss of an e-Express+ item originated from Hong Kong.
  5. The delivery time of Speedpost items varies depending on the destination. Please refer to Speedpost website for details.
  6. The maximum weight of Speedpost items varies depending on the destination. Please refer to Speedpost website for details.
  7. Besides compensation for loss or damage of mail item, Speedpost Service (including Speedpost Multipack Box Offer) also provide compensation for delay in delivery of mail item.
  8. Mail items to reach recipients for most destination cities which are subject to situation of flight availability, customs clearance, aviation security check, force majeure events, etc as well as the territory coverage. For destinations in extensive territory like Brazil and Russia, it may take more delivery time. Nevertheless, mail items will be treated as priority mail in the destinations, speeding up mail processing.
  9. Sundays, public holidays, and days when Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above are hoisted are excluded for the purpose of determining the date of posting or arrival in Hong Kong for all mail items and for performance measurement under the performance pledges.
  10. Service Guarantee of Hongkong Post shall not apply to any interruption of service due to causes beyond Hongkong Post's control including, but not limited to: acts of God, disruptions in transportation networks, adverse weather conditions and pandemic.
  11. Land transportation is only applicable to the mail items destined to southern of The Mainland (including Shenzhen and Guangzhou).
  12. As the port in Zhuhai is currently closed, Speedpost items destined to Zhuhai are temporarily transported by land. Sea transportation may resume in the future.
  13. Land transportation is applicable to the mail items destined to The Mainland.
  14. Mail items to UK and USA are sent to the the destination via direct flight for delivery. Mail items to other European destinations are firstly transported to the delivery hub (Amsterdam, Netherlands or Paris, France). Then the mails will be conveyed to the destination for delivery.
