New Function in Track & Trace System: Pre-Posting Event | ||
Thank you for your valuable support to Speedpost. We are always committed to enhancing our service and improving your experience on using Speedpost. In the past, the first electronic message of online track & trace system began once the Speedpost item was posted. Nowadays, once you have completed the posting preparation in Hongkong Post online platform, your recipient can feel more relieved, with an enhanced new function available to let him/her know that you are already preparing for the posting of items. A new pre-posting tracking event* is especially designed for e-commerce items. When customer has completed the posting preparation online in “My Speedpost” or “EC-Ship” online platform, the system will record this event instantly. When he/she checks the delivery status, a message of “Sender is preparing item for posting” will be shown. With the most up to date delivery information available, the transparency of the posting of e-commerce items will be enhanced and consumers will have more confidence in you as well.
Login to “My Speedpost” or “EC-Ship” online platform to enjoy the pre-posting electronic message! *Applicable to Speedpost, Registered Air Mail, e-Express Service, iMailR, Air Parcel, Local CourierPost, Smart Post and Local Parcel.
