Due to the continual decline in demand of Postal Remittance service, Hongkong Post has ceased the reciprocal service with The Mainland, the Philippines and Nepal since 1 July 2017. Alternatively, member of the public may use the e-remittance service offered by Hongkong Post.
For money orders issued before its cessation, the enquiry period is:
