Hongkong Post - EPS EasyCash for Senior Citizens

Hongkong Post provides the EPS EasyCash service for Senior Citizens service together with EPS. This service offers an alternative and convenient means of cash withdrawal to senior citizens by enabling them to withdraw a small amount of cash in their local community. This service was extended to all post offices and mobile post offices on 2 July 2019.

Cash withdrawal without purchase only for senior citizens
No transaction charge for using the service
Cash withdrawal must be in multiples of $100 subject to a minimum amount of $100 and a cap of $500 per transaction. For each bank card, it is subject to a maximum of two transactions per day.

Senior citizen presents the Senior Citizen card and bank card with ATM function issued by EPS member banks at post office
Senior citizen requests for EPS EasyCash for Senior Citizens
Senior citizen keys in the PIN of the bank card at EPS terminal
Upon EPS transaction is accepted, staff of post office will give the cash and EPS receipt to the senior citizen
