Total Spending of Account Customers : >= $1,600 per calendar month, and the Postage >= $1,600

Result: Customers will pay the required postage only and the administration fee of $50 charged for each collection will be waived.

e.g.18 LCP collection trips are made between 1st June to 30th June, postage = $168 per collection trip and each trip picks up 5 Local CourierPost items or more

Total Spending:
$3,024 (postage for 18 collections) + $900 (administration fee of $50 charged for each of the 18 collection trips) = $3,924
Actual amount paid by customer: $3,024
(The administration fee of $900 is totally waived.)

 

Scenario 2

Total Spending of Account Customers : >= $1,600 per calendar month, but the postage < $1,600

Result: Customers will pay the required postage and the administration fee of $50 charged for each collection up to $1,600 only and the balance of this type of administration fee will be waived.

e.g. 10 LCP collections are made between 1st June to 30th June, postage = $147.5 per collection trip and each trip picks up 5 Local CourierPost items or more

Total Spending:
$1,475 (postage for 10 collections) + $500 (administration fee of $50 charged for each of the 10 collection trips) = $1,975
Actual amount paid by customer: $1,600
(The balance of the administration fee of $375 is waived.)
