1. Customers who post circular mails in the promotion period (from 14 January 2025 to 28 February 2025) are entitled to get a one-off free posting quantity from 10 March 2025 to 30 April 2025, which is equivalent to the posting made in the promotion period.
2. Hongkong Post would monitor the posting quantity of customers registered with Circular Service (circular.hongkongpost.hk) and would send out an e-Redemption Coupon to customers entitled to the offer by email.
3. The offer is applicable to Regular Service and Premium Service. For Premium Service, a target selection fee will be charged on top of the postage.
4. The posting entitled by using the e-Redemption Coupon is subject to the general terms and conditions of Hongkong Post Circular Service, including but not limited to: Minimum 1,000 identical items per posting. (If the posting quantity is less than 1,000 items, a rate proportional to the postage for 1,000 items calculated according to selected address category will be charged.)
5. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers. Only the offer of the higher discount will be entitled for the respective items.
6. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hongkong Post shall be final.
