If the storage of the selected convenience store is full, the system will issue an SMS notification to inform the recipient of the status of the mail item. The recipient can choose an alternative collection point from any post offices, iPostal Stations or designated 7-Eleven convenience stores on the “Change on Collection Point” webpage before the time specified in the SMS notification. Please note that no refund can be arranged for the postage difference. Hongkong Post does not accept late submission of change request.
