What is the compensation arrangement?

  1. For delay in delivery# or loss of mail item, delivery charge will be refund. However, no compensation will be paid in respect of its contents.
  2. No compensation is payable if the mail item is damaged.

# Except on Sundays, public holidays, and days when Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above are hoisted; Service Guarantee of Hongkong Post shall not apply to any interruption of service due to causes beyond Hongkong Post's control including, but not limited to: acts of God, disruptions in transportation networks, adverse weather conditions and pandemic.
