What is the delivery standard?
- The delivery standard of iMail varies from destination to destination, but basically the same to that of ordinary registered air mail service, i.e. 5 to 16 working days for delivery.
- The service standards of iMail service are divided into two periods -- peak periods and non-peak periods. If postal items are posted before the Latest Time of Posting, they will be sent to the designated freight carriers (subject to freight availability).

- Sundays and public holidays are excluded for the purpose of determining the date of posting or arrival in Hong Kong for all mail items and for performance measurement under the performance pledges.
