What is the compensation arrangement?

1. No compensation is payable in the event of delay of parcel item;
2. If the parcel is damaged, compensation is made according to the weight of the item upon posting; and
3. If the parcel is lost, compensation is made according to the weight of the item plus refund of the postage upon posting.
