How can I trace the item status?

Enquiry can be made through the following channels: -

  1. visit Hongkong Post website > Track and Trace, or
  2. call enquiry hotline at 2921 2211 or 24-hour hotline of the Track and Trace System at 2921 2560, or
  3. complete the enquiry form (Pos 28B) which is obtainable at Hongkong Post website or any post office.

If possible a facsimile of the envelope or the address of the packet should be furnished with the enquiry.
