What is the service period?

• Redirection service in respect of each applicant in connection with the same old address shall only be provided for a maximum of 15 consecutive calendar months for a business/private address/Post Office Box (PO Box) and a maximum of 3 consecutive calendar months for Business Reply Service, counting from the commencement date of the redirection service. No further extension on the period of the redirection service shall be allowed.
• Redirection from a PO Box is allowed only if the rental of the PO Box has ceased.
