Customers are advised to check the updated unit number by refreshing the distribution list at the service platform 1-2 days prior to posting. This could be done by retrieving the approved application from the “Previous Application History”, then click the “copy to list” button and the addresses will be refreshed and shown in the basket. In case the prepared cheque amount cannot match the postage of the selected posting units due to update of the address database at the time of posting, customers may adjust the posting quantities so as to match the payment amount of the prepared cheque.
