Speedpost

Speedpost traffic recorded a 6.5 % increase over 2010/11, following a series of promotions that highlighted Speedpost as a valuefor- money service, its round-the-clock mail tracking facility and its global reach. The "Heavyweight Reward" promotion, launched in July 2011, targeted items weighing between 15 kg and 30 kg. In view of the positive customer feedback, the coverage of the promotion was extended from seven selected destinations to 30 destinations. Other promotion campaigns, including Speedpost "Double Surprise" lucky draw and "Double Privilege" promotion, were launched to attract traffic during the low season.
