Speedpost

For the ninth consecutive year, Hongkong Post achieved Gold Level Certification in the Universal Postal Union (UPU) Express Mail Service (EMS) Cooperative's Audit and Measurement Programme for outstanding express mail service performance. This is the highest level of recognition and reflects the outstanding performance of our Speedpost Service during the past year.

The certification programme is designed by the EMS Cooperative, conducted by an independent auditor and covers more than 150 express mail service operators worldwide. Only 14 postal administrations were awarded Gold Level Certification in 2010.

Our Speedpost performance also received the following accolades in 2010/11:

• "Hong Kong Leaders' Choice 2011 – Excellent Brand of Business Express Services" – organised by Metro Finance FM104
• "PRIME Award for Brand Excellence 2010 – Express Services category" organised by the metroBOX Magazine
• "The Best SME Partners 2010 – Logistics" organised by Economic Digest

Other Achievements

Hongkong Post's efforts and achievements in the pursuit of service excellence were recognised with a number of awards during the year.

• "Yahoo! Emotive Brand Awards 2009 – 2010" – "Government Sector" category
• Hongkong Post Annual Report 2009/10 – Honors Award (Annual Reports – Non-Profit Making Organizations Category), 2010 ASTRID Awards

Hongkong Post's efforts were recognised with the following awards announced at the "Web Care Award 2010" organised by Internet Professional Association:
